Terms of Use
Welcome. Please read these terms carefully before using the site — by registering an account or using any feature, you confirm that you have read and accepted them.
Last updated: 18 September 2026
To protect both buyers and sellers, all terms and policies on this platform comply with relevant regulations and trading guidelines.
1. Who provides this service
- Registered name: Xiangshui Racing Pigeon Network
- Services: Online racing pigeon auction and fixed-price trading platform
- Support email: [email protected] / Phone: (+886) 0909-256-829
2. Acceptance and changes
These terms form the contract between you and us. We may revise them as the law, our operations, or the features of the site change; revisions are published here with an updated "last updated" date. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site — you may also ask us to delete your account.
3. Registration and verification
You must provide true, accurate, and current registration details, and verify your email address before you can sign in. Accounts are personal: they may not be transferred, lent, or shared, and every bid or purchase made under an account is treated as made by its holder. Tell us immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised.
4. Bidding and purchase rules
- A bid is binding as soon as it is submitted and cannot be withdrawn or amended at will. After signing in with your member account and password, go to the listing page, choose an amount, and submit.
- Auto bidding raises your bid automatically to the minimum amount needed to lead, up to the maximum you set. Each bid raises the price by at least NT$1,000; if your bid shows as tied with another bidder, please outbid by at least two increments to take the lead.
- An auction closes at the time shown on the listing page; the highest valid bid at that moment wins. Each bird closes three minutes apart from the next, and a bid placed within the last five minutes before the scheduled close extends that auction by five minutes, repeatedly if further bids arrive within the extended window (for example, a scheduled 9:00 close extends to 9:02 on a bid at 8:57, and to 9:06 on a further bid at 9:01).
- The last time to bid on any auction closing that day is 11:59pm; after 11:59pm it closes automatically and the last bidder wins. Because bidding environments and network speeds vary, we recommend bidding at least one minute before closing and refreshing the page afterwards to confirm the result.
- Fixed-price listings are sold "buy it now" — the first buyer to complete payment gets the bird while stock lasts.
- We may cancel an individual bid or an entire auction in cases of obvious system error, mispricing, bid rigging, or other improper bidding.
- All amounts settle in New Taiwan Dollars; USD and CNY figures shown on the site are indicative conversions only.
5. Seller and partner loft obligations
Anyone listing a bird must have the right to sell it, must ensure the listed information (pedigree, ring number, race results, health) is true, and must deliver as agreed. Quality, pedigree, and health are the lister's responsibility; we perform the formal checks needed on listing data but do not thereby assume warranty liability for the bird itself.
This site only provides an information and matchmaking service for sellers to list pigeons and have transactions arranged; it is not a party to the resulting sale contract. Pedigree documents are supplied by the pigeon's owner, photos are taken by a commissioned photographer, and sex is largely the owner's own judgment — this information is for reference only, and the actual bird and its pedigree documents govern.
6. Payment and settlement
After winning or purchasing, pay within the period and by the method stated in your notification. If payment is late we may cancel the transaction, relist the bird, and restrict or terminate account access depending on the circumstances. Handover, transport, and quarantine are arranged between buyer and seller with our assistance.
After an auction ends, we send winning and payment details by LINE or text message; please pay by bank transfer within three days (online payment tools are not yet supported). Auction pigeons are consolidated and shipped the week after the auction ends.
For a bird located abroad and priced over NT$50,000, purchase is by deposit and balance:
- Pay a 20% deposit at the time of purchase.
- Pay the balance three days before the pigeon clears quarantine abroad.
- Transport takes longer for these birds — shipping begins only after the pigeon arrives in Taiwan and completes quarantine, so please be patient.
7. Forfeited bids and breach handling
Bid carefully: winning a bid and then failing to complete the transaction is treated as a breach of contract, and we will suspend that member's bidding-related privileges. A bad-faith forfeited bid is a civil breach and, in serious cases, may constitute fraud under the Criminal Code.
A member in breach must pay a penalty of 25% of the winning bid as a breach-handling fee; bidding eligibility is restored only once that penalty has been settled.
8. Reporting a problem and returns
- (1) Inability to breed: the evaluation period is 50 days from the date you receive the pigeon (excluding young birds or birds in molt). If the pigeon proves able to breed, the buyer may not request a return or exchange.
- (2) Incorrect sex: please notify us within one week of receiving the pigeon.
- (3) Illness discovered: please notify us within three days of receiving the pigeon (please take photographs and contact our customer service).
No return, exchange, or refund is accepted for loft-clearance auctions under any circumstance. For other listings, no return, exchange, or refund is accepted other than for a sick bird or incorrect sex reported within the periods above; reporting after those periods means you are considered to have fully accepted the pigeon's condition as received.
9. Additional shipping matters for replacement birds
Transport costs relating to illness, an inability to breed, or a replacement bird are the buyer's responsibility.
For an "imported original pigeon": international shipping for the purchase, or for any later return or exchange, is always paid by the buyer and is non-refundable — please confirm this before bidding.
10. Shipping method
Both auction and fixed-price pigeons ship by air courier or rail; shipments are consolidated after payment, and our customer service center will confirm your pickup time with you (we recommend contacting us on LINE).
Please note:
- Please bring valid ID and your personal seal/chop when collecting a pigeon.
- Pickup must be completed within two days of arrival; if you fail to collect on time or do not report an issue, we cannot provide any compensation or guarantee.
- Shipments to outlying islands incur an additional NT$1,000 charter/ferry transport fee.
11. Prohibited conduct
- Providing false information, impersonating someone else, or registering multiple accounts to evade restrictions.
- Bid rigging, shill bidding, colluding to manipulate the closing price, or bidding with no intention of paying.
- Scraping, harvesting, or otherwise interfering with the service through automated means.
- Attempting unauthorised access to other accounts, the admin backend, or the database, or otherwise compromising security.
- Listing birds that are illegal to trade, of unclear provenance, or that infringe the rights of others.
12. Intellectual property
The interface, code, text, images, and databases of this site belong to us or our licensors, except for listing photos and descriptions, which are supplied by the lister and licensed to us for use here. None of it may be reproduced, adapted, distributed, or used commercially without our prior written consent.
13. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is"; we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Race results, breeding performance, and offspring quality are inherently uncertain and we make no promises about them. To the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, and where we are liable, our total liability is capped at the amount actually paid for the transaction concerned.
If a Chinese description of a bird differs from its original pedigree document, the original document governs; other than a pigeon sent for professional sex testing, we cannot guarantee a bird's sex is fully correct.
We are not liable for shipping delays or losses caused by natural disasters, epidemics, flight delays, or other events beyond our control.
14. Suspension and termination
We may suspend part or all of the service for maintenance, upgrades, or reasons beyond our control. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms or the law, and reserve all remedies available to us.
15. Personal data
We collect, process, and use personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. EU and UK users should also read our GDPR notice.
16. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by and construed under applicable law. For any dispute arising from these terms or the service, the parties agree to the competent local court as the court of first instance, without prejudice to any jurisdictional protections consumers enjoy by law.
