How do I register and start bidding?
Click "Log in / Sign up" at the top right and create an account with your email, a display name, and a password. Once you have verified your email and signed in, you can bid on any live listing or use "buy it now".
Why do I have to verify my email before signing in?
Bidding creates binding financial commitments, so email verification confirms the account is real and reachable, and lets us reliably send auction results and payment reminders. After registering, click the link we email you; if it does not arrive, check your spam folder or resend it from the sign-in page.
How does an auction work, and can I cancel a bid?
Each listing page shows the current highest bid and the closing time; you simply enter a valid amount above the current price. Bids are binding once submitted and generally cannot be cancelled — we only intervene in exceptional cases such as a system error or an obvious mispricing.
What is auto bidding (proxy bidding)?
You set the maximum you are willing to pay and the system bids on your behalf, raising your bid by the smallest amount needed to stay in front, up to your maximum. You do not have to watch the auction. If someone bids past your maximum you will be notified and can decide whether to raise it.
How is "buy it now" different from an auction?
Fixed-price listings are sold at a set price with no closing time — the first buyer to pay gets the bird. Auctions run until their closing time and go to the highest bidder. A given bird is normally listed one way or the other, not both.
When do I have to pay after winning, and how?
You will receive a notification when the auction closes; pay by the deadline and using the method stated in it. Payment is currently by bank transfer, with the account details supplied in the notification. Late payment may lead to the transaction being cancelled and can affect your account.
Can I get a refund after winning?
Not for a simple change of mind. Refunds are available if the bird materially differs from the listing, dies or is seriously injured before delivery, cannot be delivered by the seller, or if there was a payment error such as a duplicate charge. See the Refund Policy for the full conditions and deadlines.
How are birds shipped, and what does it cost?
After an auction closes we help buyer and seller arrange handover or transport — you can collect in person or use a dedicated courier or air freight. Shipping is priced by distance and method, and confirmed with you before settlement. Cross-border shipments must also meet quarantine and import/export rules.
How are pedigrees and race results verified?
Listers must supply the ring number, pedigree details, and a verifiable source for race results; we run the formal checks needed and display the information on the listing page. Accuracy remains the listing loft's responsibility — if something looks wrong, contact us before the auction closes.
Are the USD and CNY prices shown the amount I actually pay?
No. Every transaction settles in New Taiwan Dollars. The USD and CNY figures are converted at an indicative reference rate for guidance only; payments and refunds are always calculated in NTD.
What if I forget my password or cannot sign in?
Use "Forgot password" on the sign-in page and follow the link we email you. If you have two-factor authentication or a passkey enabled and cannot complete verification, email us from your registered address and we will help once we have confirmed your identity.
Who do I contact about anything else?
Use the form on our Contact page, email [email protected], or call (+886) 0909-256-829. We reply as quickly as we can.
